From frame repairs to complete re-upholstery, from traditional to modern upholstery, we can offer experienced advise on how to rejuvenate your furniture without breaking the bank and doing your bit for the environment.

Choosing to get your furniture recovered and repaired compared to replacing it, has many environmental benefits. It is found that re-upholstering a piece of furniture not only extends the life of it, but has a huge effect on cutting down on emissions caused by manufacturing a new piece of furniture.
They say every year 1.6 million tonnes of furniture are thrown away, and only 17% ends up being recycled, most end up in a landfill or incinerated. Taking thought about trees that are required to build frames and the transportation of them over 1000's of miles contributing to greenhouse gasses and pollution. When we see a piece of furniture, 9/10 it requires only a replacement cover and a bit of extra support.

Using Phoenix Upholstery Services you can be assured of a free no obligation quotation, a free collection and delivery service in the area of Bristol, Gloucester and Somerset. and a professional finished piece of furniture.
We know that with all furniture, after a while you can find that fabrics can deteriorate, webbing's can stretch and foams & fillings can break down leaving you with a very uncomfortable piece of furniture. We have a varied choice of suppliers with wide ranges of fabrics, vinyl's and leathers if you choose to replace your fabrics. We carry a range of pattern books that all conform to the latest British Standards and Fire Retardancy for both domestic and commercial use. You can choose to supply your own fabric and we can look into having it treated for you.

We will aim to find the right fabric and colour for the best pattern match where ever possible.
We offer a range of foams and fillings for your cushions, and can offer experienced advise on grades of foams to find your desired comfort and that conform to the latest British Standard Specifications.

On our home visits, we will bring with us a selection of foam samples for you to test to make sure you are happy with the comfort and so you know what is going into your furniture. Your chosen foam cushions will then have a layer of Dacron to puff out your cushions for extra comfort and wrapped in a layer of Stockinette to hold your cushion in place.
